The ProM4Prod project aims to discover, analyze, predict and optimize manufacturing business processes, including their inherent activities, resources and data. They will be used as Process Mining techniques on a production database.
However, for this intelligent system to work over time and with constant learning, it is necessary to have a management support information system that allows you to retrieve information about what is happening at each moment, that is, the real state of the processes , as well as the priority made beforehand.
With this information, and defining performance objectives through key performance indicators (KPIs), it will be possible to take decisions, either to improve existing processes, or for decisions taken in support and respective recurrent changes.
On June 22, we held the Results Session of the PM4P project, whose main objective is the optimization of the production management of the industries.
